World-class trainer
Our training programmes have been created by the Internationally-recognized leader and innovator in the world of athletic performance training, Mark Verstegen. Mark is known all over the world for developing sports performance programmes that help athletes achieve more and perform at higher levels.
Mark serves as the Director of Performance for the National Football League (NFL) Players’ Association, where he specializes in player safety and welfare. He has also written numerous books.
