Run on the spot as fast as you can for 15 seconds. Keep your feet within the markings — ideally, your feet should be as wide apart as your shoulders. Make sure your arms and upper body are as stable as possible. And keep your knee-strokes as low as possible.

See how many steps you can tap out in the left and right screens. Try to keep the needle in the highest areas of the dial.
