First stand only on your left leg. And then stand only on your right leg. It’s not as easy as it sounds.

Each time, you have to do it with your hands on your hips and your supporting knee slightly flexed. The basic version of the test lasts 30 seconds, while the pro version lasts 60 seconds and you are advised to take your shoes off.

To stay perfectly balanced, keep the dot in the centre of the screen. Keep your raised leg as still as possible. And don’t use your arms to help yourself balance. Concentrate on the pressure under your foot.
