How to read your scores
The scores you reached in the three core skills tests as well as your BMI have all been measured on the same scale. This scale stretches from 0 to 1,000, where 1,000 measures the limit of human performance.
This scale has been developed by adidas working with sports scientists at the University of Freiburg. It is a common scale applicable to all athletes in any sport, including football, basketball and running, as well as all-round fitness athletes. It enables you to get a simple idea of how well your core skills are progressing.
Typical report
Your personal report shows your test results combined as an outline across the various core skill axes. The further along an axis you score, the higher your core skill rates on the scale.
You can compare your scores to those of professional athletes, which with one click will be superimposed over your own.
