Your personal report
Once we’ve measured your core skills, we’ll record the scores and combine them into a personal report.
Your personal report works like a score card. It gives you an overview of your core skills which you can take in at a glance. It gives you all your results:
BMI

Your Body Mass Index is based on your weight and height and gives you an idea of your body composition
Balance (L)

How far your centre of pressure moves over time, giving you an idea of your ‘sensorimotor control’ and your stance
Balance (R)

Jump

How high you can jump, giving you an indication of your power and strength

How fast you can run on the spot, measured in steps per minute
